BP-Rosneft deal

Russia's oil major Rosneft and British oil giant British Petroleum agreed on joint shelf projects in Russia and other states. Though Rosneft and BP may have taken the lead, further big decisions loom for the country's energy strategy in the mineral-rich but largely unexploited Arctic region.
