‘Golubtsy’ is a dish made with stewed cabbage leaves wrapped around a meat filling. The hardest thing about 'cabbage rolls' is the process of wrapping the filling in the cabbage leaf. 

However, you can also find 'lazy golubtsy', when all the ingredients are simply stewed together in a pan.
