Ё - Ёжик

A 'Yozhik' ('Hedgehog') is a meatball made with rice and red meat, but it can also be made with fish. They are usually served with a side dish of vegetables and tomato sauce. 

In the Soviet era, 'yozhiki' were particularly popular in canteens.
